Eve L Hazard is a queer and deadly combination of the power of science and unearthly ways of the world. Born to a nuclear engineer, many wonder if it was perhaps a strange accident that exposed her mother while pregnant that gave Eve her soul-searing stare. Many speculate but no one is certain.

As a child Eve started setting fires. First it was the daycare, then the playgrounds... Efforts were made by her mother to curb the bad behavior but soon the school and library were ashes, too. It seems she would have destroyed the whole town if not for the day she walked into a roller rink, drawn by the flashing lights and garish music and finally set her torch lighter down.
